Description of the organisation

Ayming is the new international business performance consulting group, combining 30 years' expertise from the merger of Alma Consulting Group and Lowendalmasaï. Our business is to support your business by helping you to develop your overall performance.
Within the Finance and Innovation performance division, a specialized and experienced team of 50 consultants and experts with and engineer and/or a PhD background is at your disposal to support your national and international R&D projects providing training, upstream and strategic support, R&D project engineering and coordination but also innovation management. This team gathers 20 years of experience (since the FP4) and is based both in Lyon and Paris (France).
Ayming owns a recognized expertise in the management of collaborative projects covering all thematic and takes in charge the day-to-day (operational) project management. Thanks to its collaboration with R&D consortia Ayming has developed specific and original knowledge and methodologies in the management of partnerships to efficiently support the achievement of their objectives.
In the FP7, Ayming has been involved in 150 funded projects and was ranked among the top 14 French participants in FP7. Ayming also participates in the set-up and management of a significant number of intergovernmental or national projects (Eurêka, Eurostars, PISI, ANR, PIA, FUI...). Since the launch of H2020, Ayming contributed to the successful funding of more than 30 projects.

Role in the Project

In CHEETAH, Ayming's actions will be dedicated to day-to-day (operational) management of the project in WP1 to support the coordinator:

Contractual and financial follow-up according to EC requirements (preparation of the reporting, packaging of the deliverables, amendments…);
Definition and follow-up of a quality management Policy;
Animation of the consortium communication, maintenance of the internal collaborative Platform.

Support on project strategic orientation with respect of the contractual aspects, objectives of the project and interests of the participants like SMEs and assistance “as neutral partner” in decision making and conflict resolution.

Maud Bossard

Maud Bossard is a consultant at Ayming within the Finance and Innovation performance division. Maud is specialised in collaborative European projects and has a solid experience in the day-to-day management of FP7 and H2020 projects in the following areas: NMP (NANOFOL), Health (RAIDs) and Energy (EuroBioRef, SOPHIA, CHEETAH and EXILVA). Her experience especially includes working for projects with large consortia and/or significant budget: EuroBioRef: FP7-Large Scale - ENERGY - 29 partners, 37M€ budget. SOPHIA: FP7-CP & CSA - Research Infrastructures - 20 partners, 11.5M€ budget. CHEETAH: FP7-CP & CSA - ENERGY - 34 partners, 13.2M€ budget. EXILVA: H2020 - BBI/IA/Flagship - 6 partners - 44.7M€ budget.
Maud is also involved in the set-up and application management of H2020 projects (RIA and ITN).
Doctor in biology (oncology and inflammation) from Queen Mary University in London, UK (2012), Maud also obtained an ESIL engineering diploma in biotechnologies in Marseilles, France (2007). Maud speaks English fluently and obtained her Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification in 2015.
